New Acupuncture Patients
Please arrive 15 minutes before your designated appointment time for all new patients (for example, if you have an appointment at 1:00, arrive at 12:45).
The acupuncture points used for your condition will determine the areas of your body that need to be exposed. Please wear loose fitting clothing (ex: pants that can be moved above the knee) or bring shorts. You will be notified if a gown is necessary.
Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. Your treatment time will end on time so that the next patient is not delayed. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may need to forfeit or reschedule your appointment.
Missing or Changing Appointments:
We have set up a specific course of treatment for you. A certain number of treatments in a set amount of time are required for us to get the results we both desire. Thus, we ask that you follow the guidelines below:
* If you need to change the time of your appointment, plan to come at another time on the same day. If the same day is not possible, be sure to make up the missed appointment within seven (7) days.
* The appointment must be made-up within one week or there will be an office service charge.
* If you miss or cancel an appointment without a minimum of 24 hours notice, there will be an office service charge and you may forfeit your session.
* In the event of an emergency or vacation time please let the office know in advance, so 1) Patient will not be charged a missed or canceled appointment fee and 2) The office can reschedule and suspend the patient’s treatments temporarily.
